• Keep your device secure. Since all personal data is stored locally, you are responsible for the security of your device.
• Provide accurate information to the best of your ability for the most effective calculations and guidance.

2. Health & Medical Disclaimer

Smart BMR is a tool designed for informational and educational purposes only. The information and estimations provided by the AI, including but not limited to calorie counts, BMR, TDEE, and weight change projections, are not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice.

Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before making any decisions about your health, diet, or fitness regimen.

3. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the App's creators. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the country of origin and foreign countries.

In no event shall the creators of Smart BMR be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
